    Itinerary

    Day 1Bishkek – Kyzart – Kilemche

    Salamatsyzby! Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Bishkek toward Kyzart village. Here, you leave the vehicle and meet your local horse guides. The ride into Kilemche Valley is a gentle introduction to Kyrgyz horseback travel, surrounded by soft green hills and wide open landscapes.

    Tonight, settle into a traditional yurt camp and enjoy a home-cooked dinner with local flavors.

    Day 2Kilemche – Song-Kul Lake

    After breakfast, ride from Kilemche Valley toward Tuz Ashuu Pass (3,400 m). The trail gradually climbs through wide alpine meadows before reaching higher mountain terrain.

    From the top of the pass, enjoy panoramic views of Kilemche below and the vast Song-Kul Lake (3,016 m) ahead. Begin the descent via mountain switchbacks into the lake area.

    Arrive at the yurt camp near Song-Kul in the afternoon. Lunch will be served upon arrival. Free time to rest or walk along the lakeshore.

    Dinner and overnight in yurts by the lake.

    Day 3Song-Kul – Kyzart – Issyk-Kul (Bokonbaevo)

    Start the morning with a final ride along Song-Kul Lake, then continue toward Kara-Kiya Pass, descending back to Kyzart.

    After lunch with your horse guides, we change transport and drive toward the south shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. By evening, arrive in Bokonbaevo, a village known for traditional crafts and eagle hunting culture.

    Day 4 Bokonbaevo – Skazka – Barskoon – Jeti-Oguz – Karakol

    Today we explore the diverse landscapes of Issyk-Kul.

    First stop is Skazka Canyon (Fairytale Canyon), known for its red sandstone formations shaped by wind. Then we continue to Barskoon Valley, where we hike to waterfalls surrounded by mountains.

    Next, we visit Jeti-Oguz Gorge, famous for the “Seven Bulls” rock formations and dramatic
    red cliffs.

    By evening, arrive in Karakol, a multicultural mountain town. Visit the Russian Orthodox Church and Dungan Mosque, then enjoy dinner in the city.

    Day 5Karakol – Altyn Arashan

    Today we leave vehicles behind and start a trek to Altyn Arashan Valley. The trail goes through pine forests and alpine meadows, gradually gaining altitude.

    Upon arrival, enjoy the famous natural hot springs, surrounded by mountains. A perfect place to relax after the hike.

    Day 6Altyn Arashan – Chon-Kemin National Park

    Morning descent hike back from Altyn Arashan to Karakol, then continue by vehicle along the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake toward Chon-Kemin National Park.

    This is a long but scenic drive, transitioning from alpine mountains to green valleys and forests. Arrival in Chon-Kemin in the evening. Dinner and overnight at guesthouse.

    Day 7Chon-Kemin – Bishkek

    In the morning, visit the historic Burana Tower, an 11th-century Silk Road monument.

    Continue to Bishkek, where we explore Osh Bazaar, one of the largest and most vibrant markets in the city. Then visit Ala-Too Square, the central landmark of the capital. Tour ends with hotel drop-off.
